Dr. Katie Hirsch is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology. Her area of expertise is Sport and Exercise Psychology, with specific research interests in sport leadership (coaches and athlete leaders), group dynamics, and body image. Dr. Hirsch earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Furman University, a Master of Human Kinetics with a concentration in Sport Psychology from the University of Windsor, and a PhD in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology from the University of Windsor.
